CoverWiz Pricing and Policies 2024-2025

Stone Policy

At CoverWiz we strongly recommend that you have stones/lids over the pool cover vault removed before technician's arrival. If CoverWiz is to remove stones/lids, we will not be liable for any chipped, cracked, scratched, or damaged in any way. For now CoverWiz is a 1 man team, if stones/lid are not able to be removed by technician, a 2nd appointment will be made where stones/lid will need to be removed by homeowner. In the event that CoverWiz employ must return for 3rd visit due to stones not being removed, a $65 service fee will be applied.

Payment Policy/Payment options

 Payment options cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. 

-Payment link will be sent via email or text. 

Please be aware: If payment is not made within 30 days of service a $45 late fee will be applied. If payment is not received within 60 days of service an additional $45 fee will be applied. If payment is not received within 90 days service will no longer be applicable for homeowners property.

Pricing/Description

Service Call (Visit fee/includes 1st hour of labor) - $195

Service and maintain system. Fix and replace parts that are needed. Lubricate/grease fittings and pulleys. Tighten all loose screws. Clean out tracks. Make necessary adjustments to get system operation at its best.

*Parts not included

Labor (Additional hours of labor in half hour increments) - $175

Continuation of service call, basic maintenance or cover clean

Basic maintenance ( includes 2 hours of labor)- $290

Service and maintain system. Fix and replace parts that are needed. Lubricate/grease fittings and pulleys. Tighten all loose screws. Clean out tracks. Make necessary adjustments to get system operation at its best. Cleaning of vault. Check vault drain operation. Replace additional parts that are starting to  wearing down.

Cover clean (Includes 4 hours of labor) - $500

Service and maintain system. Fix and replace parts that are needed. Lubricate/grease fittings and pulleys. Tighten all loose screws. Clean out tracks. Make necessary adjustments to get system operation at its best. Cleaning of vault. Clean cover. Apply vinyl dressing to pool cover. (Allow vinyl dressing to set approximately 24-48 hours before running system)

Labor Warranty

Labor is guaranteed for 45 days. If labor is needed within 45 days of completion of service, 1st hour of service will be considered a call back which includes 1st hour of service for free. Any additional labor after call back hour will be charged hourly rate labor charge ($195). Damage caused by rodent is not covered by warranty.

-Homeowner must review and approve policies and pricing. (verbal or email approval is required)- additional email will be  sent, where homeowner will be allowed to approve of estimate
